ZUCCHINI

The zucchini or courgette plant has a herbaceous appearance, and its fruits are used when immature.
It is a seasonal plant with a flexible and slender stem. Its leaves are large, broad, palmate and covered with irritating fuzz; their color is bright green and they often have gray or white spots. Zucchini flowers are golden yellow, with a single petal; male flowers branch off the stem via a slender stalk, while female ones rise from the end of the fruit.
