PINK RADICCHIO

The pink radicchio has a narrow and elongated head and a delicate and particular color that makes it unique among all radicchio varieties.
Its leaves, bright pink in color with creamy pink variations, are wide and have a pronounced white midrib. It is harvested from November to January. Very resistant to cold weather, delicate and crunchy, with a slightly bitter taste, it is the protagonist of delicious salads.
