WHITE WINES
CHARDONNAY WHITE WINE
Characteristics: Chardonnay wine generally has a color ranging from straw yellow to golden yellow and a bouquet of ripe fruit (usually apple, pineapple and banana), with distinct mineral notes on the palate.
Pairings: First of all, we can recommend Chardonnay as an aperitif, given its usually not too high alcohol content and its lightness, which goes well with the food served during this time of day.
But it also goes well with white and lean meats, cheese (even the more mature ones) and is a valid ally for stuffed pasta.
Availability: Bulk and bottled
PROSECCO SPUMANTE EXTRA DRY
Characteristics: A sparkling wine obtained from the exclusive selection of Glera grapes.
It has a pale straw yellow color. Delicious notes of creme caramel, white peach and lychee on a gentle mineral backdrop.
With a creamy perlage, the taste is soft, fresh and subtly sapid, rightly harmonious in its slightly sweet structure.
The nose has a light fruity aroma, together with a floral fragrance similar to rose, acacia and wisteria and a slight citrus note; the fruity aroma perceived on the nose is also perceivable on the palate, together with a sugary aftertaste balanced by a light acidity.
Pairings: Excellent between meals or as an aperitif, with croutons or fish appetizers.
Availability: Bottled.
